PEKANBARU, LITERASIAKTUAL.COM – Motif siku awan menjadi pilihan sebagai logo Hari Jadi ke-239 Pekanbaru. Penetapan ini di umumkan oleh Pemerintahan Kota (Pemko) Pekanbaru.

“Alhamdulillah, kita sudah mengumumkan pemenang lomba dan logo tersebut yang akan dipakai untuk logo Hari Jadi ke-239,” ucap Ketua Panitia Hari Jadi ke-239 Pekanbaru, Raja Hendra Saputra, Jumat (19/5) dilansir dari laman pekanbaru.

Dijelaskan, desain logo Hari Jadi ke-239 sendiri terinspirasi dari tenun songket Melayu Riau bermotif “Siku Awan” yang memiliki bentuk berliku, mengerucut ke atas seperti segitiga, dan memiliki bentuk seperti puncak mahkota yang menyimbolkan Bergerak, Tumbuh, dan Bermarwah.

“Bentuk berliku menyimbolkan masyarakat Pekanbaru yang terus BERGERAK maju dan raih peningkatan dalam semua aspek yang ada,” ungkap Raja Hendra.

Sementara bentuk mengerucut ke atas seperti segitiga menyimbolkan Kota Pekanbaru yang terus TUMBUH berkembang dalam aspek ekonomi, pembangunan dan aspek penduduk.

Sedangkan seperti puncak mahkota menyimbolkan Kota Pekanbaru BERMARWAH, yang memiliki makna bermartabat, sebuah kehormatan, keunggulan yang sesuai dengan visi misi kota Pekanbaru untuk mengangkat Kota Pekanbaru menjadi daerah yang memiliki martabat, unggul dan mandiri sumber daya manusianya.

“Jadi, Logo Hari Jadi ke-239 ini menyimbolkan arti dari Kota Pekanbaru yang senantiasa bertumbuh bergerak serta bermarwah bermartabat unggul dalam segala aspek yang ada,” ungkapnya
