“Secara hukum bisa di tuntut lewat perdata maupun pidana, dalam hukum ada istilah ‘Ultimun Remediun’ yang artinya pidana dapat di jalankan sebagai jalan terakhir jika jalur perdata tidak dapat di tempuh” ujar Gino.

Permahi juga ikut mendapingi debitur bersma PH namun hasilnya secara mediasi pihak Debitur di suruh menunggu 1 minggu agar kendaraannya bisa kembali.

Risman menjelaskan bahwa terlalu lama 1 minggu, melihat etika yang kurang baik dari pihak leasing tidak sepatutnya itu terjadi karena semua ada aturan hukum yang mengikat.

Permahi cabang pekanbaru Mengajak Polda Riau dan seluruh elemen instansi pemerintah untuk membasmi debt collector nakal. Sebagai Ageng of Chage dan keprofesian hukum Permahi siap bantu Polda Untuk usut sampai tuntas.
