Riau, literasiaktual.com – Masalah peminjaman Dana dengan mengagunkan Lahan yang berada di dalam kawasan hutan terus berlanjut, AMPUN Riau Gelar Aksi Jilid 2 di depan Menara dang merdu BRK Syariah.

Aliansi Mahasiswa Penyelemat Uang Negara (AMPUN) Riau sebelumnya sudah melaksanakan aksi Jilid 1 di depan Mapolda Riau mengingat Pimpinan BRK Syariah dan oknum masyarakat belum tersentuh aparat penegak Hukum.

Gino selaku orator menyampaikan ada 1000 hektar lahan yang di agunkan kepada BRK Melalui lahan yang berada di dalam kawasan hutan.

“Pihak BRK seharusnya tau terhadap regulasi yang dimana lahan yang berada di kawasan hutan tidak bisa di agunkan bagaimanapun bentuk nya” ujar Gino usai aksi depan BRK, Rabu (19/06/2024).

Selanjutnya, Cornelius Laia selaku Kordum kembali menegaskan bahwa aksi jilid 1 yang di lakukan di depan polda meminta Ditreskrimsus Polda Riau panggil dan tangkap pimpinan BRK dan Oknum yang terlibat.

“Saya yakin dan percaya tidak semua di dalam BRK itu terlibat, maka kami meminta kepada polda Riau melalui Ditreskrimsus nya untuk segera tangkap dan periksa oknum yang terlibat” tutur Cornel dengan tegas.

Usai berorasi, Humas BRK menjumpai para mahasiswa yang melaksanakan Unjuk Rasa, Sudirman menyampaikan bahwa, terkait lahan tersebut masyarakat mengagunkan ke BRK ada SKGR nya.

“Lahan yang 1000 hektar tersebut awalnya di agunkan oleh masyarakat melalui SKGR, Namun terkait lahan itu bermasalah atau tidak kami tidak tahu” pungkasnya.

Melihat tanggapan humas tersebut, Cornel menyampaikan secara terang-terangan kepada massa pendemo dan pihak kepolisian akan melayangkan surat audiensi ke GAKKUM DLHK Riau.

“Seperti yang di sampaikan humas BRK tidak tau terkait lahan itu masuk kawasan hutan atau tidak, kita akan lihat pembuktian di Gakkum DLHK Riau dan BPN kami akan segera layangkan surat audiensi” tutup Cornel.
