LiterasiAktual.com – Ketua Dewan Kesenian Aceh (DKA) dan para ketua/perwakilan DKA kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Aceh antusias mengikuti acara persiapan Musyawarah Nasional atau disingkat Munas (wilayah Sumatera) Dewan Kesenian dan Kebudayaan Indonesia 2023.

Acara ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian acara Musyawarah Nasional Dewan Kesenian dan Kebudayaan Indonesia yang akan diselenggarakan di Jakarta pada tanggal 10-14 Desember 2023.

Dari Aceh, para ketua dewan kabupaten/kota dan provinsi Aceh menghadiri pra-musyawarah nasional wilayah Sumatera.

Agenda persiapan pertemuan nasional Dewan Kesenian/Budaya Indonesia 2023 dimulai pada hari Selasa (28/11) pukul 05.00 WIB dengan pertemuan online dewan kesenian dan/atau kebudayaan dari seluruh Sumatera.

Tidak kurang dari 50 orang perwakilan mereka hadir dalam acara yang berlangsung sekitar 2,5 jam tersebut. Perwakilan Dewan Kesenian dan/atau Dewan Kebudayaan, Didit Iqbal Rudianto, menjelaskan bahwa musyawarah nasional Dewan Kesenian dan/atau Dewan Kebudayaan terdiri dari sidang pleno dan sidang komisi-komisi.

“Pada sesi pleno akan dibahas topik ‘Transformasi Peran dan Fungsi Dewan Kesenian dan/atau Dewan Kebudayaan’. Setelah itu, para peserta akan dibagi ke dalam beberapa komite untuk membahas topik tersebut secara lebih mendalam,” jelasnya.

Para peserta Pra-Munas kemarin tampak antusias dengan pemaparan yang disampaikan Didit. Mereka juga aktif bertanya dan menyampaikan pendapat pada sesi tanya jawab.

Salah seorang peserta dari Provinsi Aceh, Bapak Herman RN, Ketua Dewan Kesenian Banda Aceh, menyampaikan harapannya agar agenda Munas tanggal 14/10/12 di Jakarta nanti dapat menghasilkan keputusan dan rekomendasi mengenai lembaga mana yang akan diakui oleh pemerintah, Dewan Kesenian atau Dewan Kebudayaan, atau keduanya, karena selama ini banyak lembaga yang mengaku-ngaku dan merasa setara dengan Dewan Kesenian.

Perwakilan dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Anom Astika dan perwakilan dari Dewan Pengarah Wicaksono Adi juga turut memberikan kontribusi dalam acara tersebut.

“Ke depannya, status hukum Dewan Kesenian/Dewan Kebudayaan sebagai badan mandat akan ditetapkan sebagai penasihat dan pengawas program-program pemerintah daerah dan nama lembaga tersebut akan diputuskan dalam Munas.” Ungkap Wicaksono Adi

Sebagai pengingat, Musyawarah Nasional Dewan Kesenian dan/atau Dewan Kebudayaan akan diselenggarakan di Jakarta pada tanggal 10-14 Desember 2023. Seluruh dewan kesenian dan/atau dewan kebudayaan di Indonesia diundang untuk hadir dalam acara ini, baik di tingkat provinsi maupun kabupaten/kota.

Hasil dari konferensi nasional ini diharapkan berupa keputusan bersama dua menteri, yaitu Menteri Dalam Negeri dan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi.

Pertemuan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari Kongres Kebudayaan Indonesia 2023. Keputusan yang dikeluarkan pada kongres di Jakarta tersebut menyatakan bahwa menata ulang administrasi Dewan Kesenian dan/atau Dewan Kebudayaan merupakan prioritas kelembagaan dalam rangka meningkatkan pemajuan kebudayaan.

Implementasi Dewan Kesenian dan/atau Kebudayaan Nasional 2023 dimulai dengan pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan pendataan tersebut, terdapat lebih dari 200 Dewan Kesenian dan/atau Dewan Kebudayaan di Indonesia, baik di tingkat provinsi maupun kabupaten.

Agenda Pra-Munas akan diikuti kemudian oleh para peserta Munas. Pertemuan secara daring ini dibagi berdasarkan wilayah dengan jadwal yang sudah ditentukan.

Jadwal regional untuk Sumatera akan dilaksanakan pada 28-Nov-23 pukul 14.00-15.45 WIB, Jawa Barat 30-Nov-23 pukul 11.00 WIB, Jawa Tengah 01-Des-23 pukul 19.00 WIB, Jawa Timur 01-Des-23 pukul 15:00 WIB, Bali Nusra 29-Nov-23 08:00 WIB / 09:00 WITA, Sulawesi 01-Des-23 19:00 WIB / 20:00 WITA, Kalimantan 30-Nov-23 15:30 WIB, Maluku – Papua 28-Nov-23 18:00 WIB / 20:00 WIT.

Ketua Dewan Kesenian Aceh, Teuku Afifuddin, M.Sn, serta 18 Ketua Dewan Kesenian Aceh di tingkat kabupaten/kota di Aceh bersedia hadir dalam konferensi ini dan menyampaikan pandangannya mengenai pemajuan seni budaya di Aceh.

“Kami berharap hasil Munas ini dapat diimplementasikan oleh pemerintah provinsi dan kabupaten/kota dalam bentuk keputusan bersama Menteri Dalam Negeri dan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan.” Ujar Teuku Afifuddin

“Kami juga berharap setelah Munas, administrasi Dewan Kesenian yang selama ini terhambat dengan adanya SK dari pemerintah, baik pemerintah provinsi maupun pemerintah kabupaten/kota, dapat segera diterbitkan oleh pemerintah daerah berdasarkan SKB antara kedua menteri nantinya.” tambahnya

Hal ini sangat penting untuk dilakukan agar memutar roda organisasi dan kerja-kerja pemajuan kebudayaan sesuai dengan mandat undang-undang.
