Pekanbaru, LiterasiAktual.com – PJ Walikota Pekanbaru Muflihun S.Stp. M.Ap yang akrab disapa Bang Uun telah dinilai berhasil memimpin Kota Pekanbaru dengan berbagai program yang menyentuh masyarakat secara langsung selama dua tahun menjabat sebagai Pejabat (Pj) Wali Kota Pekanbaru.

Ada beberapa program prioritas yang langsung dirasakan dan menyentuh masyarakat, seperti Doctor On Call, Program Pekanbaru Bertuah JKN (UHC), Santunan Kematian, Subsidi Bunga, Beasiswa, Fasilitas Pusat UMKM, Pekanbaru Bertani, Gerakan Pengurangan Sampah, dan Jaminan Perlindungan Kecelakaan Kerja bagi Penyelenggara Pemilu dan Pilkada.

Melalui program-program tersebut, kinerja UUN dalam meningkatkan pembangunan melalui Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) berhasil naik di angka 95%. Bahkan, Indikator Kinerja Makro Indek Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) yang semula di angka 82.06% di tahun 2022 menjadi 82.38% di tahun 2023.

Capaian kinerja di urusan wajib pelayanan dasar juga terlihat sangat baik, seperti tingkat partisipasi warga Kota Pekanbaru di bidang Pendidikan naik hingga 97,10% dari Pendidikan Paud, SD, SMP, hingga SMA dan SMK. Sementara di bidang Kesehatan dan Sosial, kinerja UUN juga berada di angka yang sangat baik, yaitu 98% dan 100%.

Keberhasilan Muflihun dalam memimpin Kota Pekanbaru selama dua tahun ini tidak lepas dari kinerja Sekretaris Daerah Kota Pekanbaru, Indra Pomi, serta seluruh Kepala OPD yang ada di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru. Dan yang paling penting adalah sinergitas masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru dalam membangun serta menjaga Kota Bertuah ini.
