Pekanbaru, Literasiaktual.com – Sejumlah tokoh audiensi masyarakat riau mendatangi kediaman Gubernur Riau Syamsuar di Jalan Sudirman Pekanbaru, Rabu(31/5), dalam rangka membahas renovasi Gedung Juang 45 Provinsi Riau.
Sebelumnya, Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) telah melakukan lelang renovasi Gedung Juang 45 Provinsi Riau. Rencananya bangunan tersebut akan dijadikan Museum Perjuangan Masyarakat Riau.
Pemprov juga sudah mengalokasikan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Riau pada tahun 2023 sebesar Rp 5 miliar untuk Renovasi Gedung Juang 45 Riau.
Dilansir dari laman media center, saat diwawancarai usai pertemuan, tokoh masyarakat Riau, Wan Abu Bakar menyampaikan bahwa pertemuan tersebut membahas terkait pembangunan museum perjuangan masyarakat Riau.
“Kita sudah menyampaikan kepada pak Gubernur terkait proses dan penyusunan terhadap pembangunan museum tersebut,” kata Wan Abu Bakar.
“Tak hanya itu, materi yang akan disajikan di dalam museum itu juga sudah kita sampaikan mulai dari fase-fase perjuangan masyarakat Riau. Baik dari masa penjajahan sampai terbentuknya Provinsi Riau,” imbuhnya.
Wan Abu Bakar menyampaikan bahwa penyusunan materi dalam museum tersebut nantinya disajikan dalam bentuk digital, dinamis dan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi saat sekarang ini.
“Tentunya tidak merumitkanlah dalam penyajiannya materi dari masa kemasa itu,” terangnya.
Rencananya tim konsultan pembangunan museum perjuangan masyarakat Riau dalam waktu dekat akan menyampaikan langsung kepada Gubernur Syamsuar.
