“Yang diterjemahkan dalam empat langkah besar, yakni pendataan ulang dan upgrade database perpajakan, pengembangan teknologi informasi yang memadai, penguatan kualitas SDM di Bapenda dan penguatan inovasi, regulasi dan kerjasama. Itu semua kita harapkan, berujung kepada kemudahan dan kemurahan layanan pajak daerah di kota Pekanbaru,” ujar Kepala Bapenda Kota Pekanbaru, Alek Kurniawan, Jumat (10/2).
