Pekanbaru, (LA) – Direktorat Lalu Lintas (Ditlantas) Polda Riau, yang dipimpin oleh Kombes Pol Taufiq Lukman Nurhidayat, S.I.K, MH, mengadakan kegiatan Cooling System dalam rangka mendukung terciptanya Pilkada Damai 2024 di Provinsi Riau. Acara ini dikemas dalam bentuk silaturahmi dan Coffee Morning bersama puluhan insan pers di Savasana Coffee, Jalan Sutomo, Pekanbaru, pada Jumat (20/9).
Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri oleh puluhan jurnalis dan pimpinan media, bertujuan untuk memperkuat hubungan antara Ditlantas Polda Riau dan media dalam upaya menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban jelang Pilkada serentak 2024.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Kombes Pol Taufiq Lukman Nurhidayat, yang didampingi oleh Kasubdit Regident Kompol Fatikh beserta jajaran, mengucapkan terima kasih kepada awak media yang hadir. “Kami sangat mengapresiasi peran strategis rekan-rekan media dalam menyampaikan informasi yang positif dan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat, terutama menjelang Pilkada serentak di Provinsi Riau,” ujarnya.
Dirlantas Polda Riau juga menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara pihak kepolisian dan media untuk menjangkau masyarakat luas, terutama di daerah-daerah yang sulit dijangkau. “Melalui media, kami berharap informasi terkait tugas pokok dan fungsi Ditlantas, termasuk upaya dalam kegiatan Cooling System, dapat tersampaikan kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Tujuan utama kami adalah menciptakan Pilkada Damai dan menjaga keselamatan berlalu lintas di tengah masyarakat.”
Sebagai penutup, Kombes Pol Taufiq kembali menyampaikan apresiasinya atas kemitraan yang solid antara Ditlantas Polda Riau dan insan pers. “Sekali lagi, kami ucapkan terima kasih atas dukungan rekan-rekan media dalam menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban di Provinsi Riau,” tutupnya.
