Penyalahgunaan Narkotika, Pegawai Rutan Pekanbaru Ditangkap

Pekanbaru, Literasiaktual.com – Penyalahgunaan narkoba oleh Pegawai Rumah Tahanan (Rutan) Kelas I Pekanbaru diproses. Inisial YNS menjalani sidang atas dugaan pelanggaran kode etik oleh Majelis Kode Etik Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Riau, Selasa (30/5/2023).

Oleh Satresnarkoba Kepolisian Resor Kota Pekanbaru Kamis (22/9/202) lalu,YNS diproses dalam pelanggaran kode etik serta ditangkap karena penyalahgunaan narkoba

YNS terbukti dengan status diperiksa dengan memiliki barang bukti narkotika jenis sabut dengan berat lebih dari 5 gram.

Hakim menyatakan YNS terbukti bersalah karena melakukan pelanggaran dan dijatuhi sanksi moral berupa pernyataan secara terbuka dalam bentuk surat pernyataan yang ditujukan kepada atasan langsung.

Pembacaan sanksi moral pun dibacakan pada saat apel pagi dan dibacakan oleh atasan tertinggi secara langsung.

Sanksi yang diperoleh, salah satunya sanksi administratif yang diserahkan kepada Pembina Kepegawaian Kantor Wilayah untuk dilaksanakan pemberhentian dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri.

Pada tuntutan ini, YNS dinyatakan telah melanggar ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan HAM RI Nomor : M.HH.16.KP.05.02 Tahun 2011 tentang Kode Etik Pegawai Pemasyarakatan.
