Pekanbaru, LiterasiAktual.com – Seorang juru parkir di Jalan Pemuda disalah satu Ruko depan pasar Pekanbaru diduga menjadi korban penganiayaan oleh oknum TNI pada minggu pagi (30 Juni 2024).
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, didapati identitas Korban bernama Awaludin Nainggolan (AN) yang diduga menjadi korban amuk oknum TNI Pekanbaru berinisial (W). (5/7/24)
Peristiwa ini berawal dari cekcok dihari sebelumnya antara oknum TNI (W) dan korban. Diduga oknum tersebut merasa keberatan dengan adanya juru parkir disebuah ruko dijalan pemuda. Dan melarang sekaligus mengusir juru parkir tersebut yang sedang bertugas.
“Sebelumnya saya dimarahi dan diusir oleh Oknum (W), dia melarang saya untuk bertugas menjaga parkir”. Jelas korban Awaludin.
Lebih lanjut, Pada hari minggu tanggal 30 Juni 2024 jam 08:00 Pagi, diduga oknum TNI tersebut yang sudah memendam amarah karena cekcok sebelumnya, tiba-tiba melaju dengan sepeda motor dan menabrakkan sepeda motornya kepada juru parkir yang sedang bertugas, dan diduga langsung melakukan pemukulan.
“Hari minggu pagi saat saya kerja, tiba-tiba dia datang pakai motor dan menabrak saya, saya langsung jatuh, dan saat saya jatuh saya langsung dipukuli oleh pelaku”. Ungkap korban kembali.
Akibat kejadian tersebut, korban mengalami luka-luka, kaki bengkak dan trauma yang mendalam.
Karna tidak terima dengan perbuatan pelaku korban melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Detasemen Polisi Militer Pekanbaru atau Denpom 1/3 Pekanbaru, Korban didampingi oleh pihak keluarga dan koordinator parkir diwilayah tersebut.
“Dari hari kejadian sampai sekarang saya tidak melihat itikad baik pelaku untuk meminta maaf kepada saya, dan hari ini saya ke Denpom Pekanbaru untuk melakukan pelaporan” Tegasnya.
Ia juga menyebut Laporannya diterima dan akan ditindaklanjuti sesuai dengan proses hukum yang berlaku.
“Saya sudah melapor, dan saya di BAP kemudian di lakukan visum”. Terangnya.

Dugaan kasus penganiayaan juru parkir oleh oknum TNI ini telah menarik perhatian publik.
Banyak masyarakat yang mengecam dan mengutuk tindakan oknum TNI tersebut dan meminta agar dihukum setimpal dengan perbuatannya. Salah satunya disampaikan oleh Suhendra yang tidak terima mendengar kabar korban yang dipukuli oleh oknum tersebut.
“Saya sebagai masyarakat mengutuk tindakan oknum tersebut, seharusnya Oknum tersebut mengayomi masyarakat bukan malah menganiaya, apalagi dia (korban) itu orang tua yang sudah cukup renta”. Pungkas Suhendra.
